DISTRICT H-99 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-99
WHEREAS , the City Council, by resolution passed and ad-
opted on the 18th day of May, 1928, ordered the Highway Im-
provement H-99 , District H-99 , and the City Engineer , under
direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost
of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has been
made that the City Council would on the 6th day of June , 1928 ,
at the City' Hall in said City, at 10: 00 o' clock A. H. , receive
and hear the remonstrances of all interested persons to the con-
firmation of said resolution ordering said improvement , and
7HEREAS, certain remonstrances were heard and considered
by said City Council, and after due consideration thereof said
remonstrances were held to be not well founded, and were over-
ruled,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Highway Improvement H-99 , District H-99 ,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June , A. D. , 1928.
