7HEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and ad-

onted on the 18th day of May , l928 , ordered the 7hiteway Im-
.. provement 77-9 , 7niteway District 77-9 , and the City Engineer
under direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an esti-
,
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment , and wherea due notice by lublication as recuired by
the City Charter hes been made that the City Council would
on the 6th day of June , 1928 , at the City Hall in said City ,
at 10:00 o' clock A. II. , receive and hear the remonstrances
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement , and no remonstrances having
,
been presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ty the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said 7hiteway Improvement iT,T-9 , District 77-9 ,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June , A. D. , 1928.
