DISTRICT SR-119 STORM SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-119
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and ad-
opted on the 1$th day of May, 1928 , ordered the Storm Sewer
Improvement ST-119, District SR-I19 , and the City Engineer ,
under direction of the City Council , has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment , and whereas due notice by publication as required by
the City Charter has been made that the City Council would
on the 6th day of June , l928, at the City Hall in said City ,
at 10: 00 o' clock A. N. , receive and hear the remonstrances
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement , and no remonstrances having
been presented at the time and Place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Storm Sewer Improvement SR-119 , District
SR-I19 , be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June , A. D. , 1928.
