RESOLUTION NO. 1808
DISTRICT SR-117 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described .improvement is hereby
ordered to be made, the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City ChPzter.
SR-117 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the East Curb of Indian Creek Drive from
the center line of 42nd Street to the North line of
Lot 3, Block 40,
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the Main Sewer to the Street Line
of .approximptely each fifty feet of adjacent property.
As said Drive, Street, Lot and Block are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5, at Pages 7 and 8
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
as said Street is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
And it is hereby directed that the materiel, nature
and chprvcter and size of said ialprovement be
subsequently determined in conformity with one of
such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind, of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expensesof preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica,-
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts , etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper in ccn-
ducting the proceedings and work herein proviOed for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-117, and the property
against which assesmepts therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-117.
