RESOLUTION NO. 1810
DISTRICT SIC-58 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
SK-58
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
• That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
• SK-58 A five foot concrete sidewalk on the North and
South sides of Twenty—eighth Street from Indian
Creek Drive to Collins Avenue; as sçLid Street ,
Avenue and Drive are shown on livinatsrecorded
in Plat Book No.5, at Pages 7 and 8, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said Street is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of Laid improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of oreliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifics
:-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings , the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to:Hbe assessed against each front
foot of abutting property. ,
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-5g, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-58.
