RESOLUTION NO. 1811
DISTRICT SK-58 SIDEWALK IMPROVE-
MENT SK-58
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of June, 1928, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-58, District SK-58 and direc-
ted the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof,
including an estimate of the incidental expenses , and the said
plans and specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of
incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with
the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami BeachXiami
Beach Police Station and Fire Station Number 2, in the City of
Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City
Council of Miami Beach on the 2nd day of July, 3.928, at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June , A. D. , 1928.
