RESOLUTION NO. 1814
DSITRICT SR-117 SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-117
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and ad-
opted on the 20th day of June , 1928, ordered the Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-117 , District SR-117 , and the City Engineer,un-
der direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and where-
as due notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of July ,
1928, at the City Hall in said City, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , re-
ceive and hear the remonsttances of all interested persons to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement ,
and no remonstrances having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-117, Dis-
trict SR-117 , be and the same is hereby confirmed, and the Coun-
cil hereby declares its intention of proceeding with City Forces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, A. D. , 1928.
