DISTRICT SR-118 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is herby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR!..118 The laying underground of a 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer,
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes
and appurtenances:
At or sear the center line of West Forty-Fifth Street
from the center line of Royal Palm Avenue to the center
line of Sheridan Avenue;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer
Lateral from the main Sewer to the Street Line of Lot
1, Block E;
As said Street, Avenues, Lot and Block are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 25, at Page 30, and Plat
Book No. 9 at Ppge 114 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida; and as sdd Royal Palm Avenue is named
and designated in Ordinance No. 252.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature and
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
1 cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and Specifica-
tions and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
ptoperty•
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-118, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-11.8.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August , A. D. l928,
