AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
1605 BEING THE UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE RATE OF
COMPENSATION FOR CITY ATTORNEY;
REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
PROVIDING FOR PASSAGE AS AN
EMERGENCY MEASURE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the portion of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1605 which reads as follows:

City Attorney 1410 $2125.29
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION
JOB CLASSIFICATION JOB CLASS # MAXIMUM
City Attorney 1410 $2490.42
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: The effective date of this ordinance is February 28, 1983 and is hereby
adopted as an emergency measure as provided by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March , 1983; as
an emergency measure.
