RESOLUTION NO. 1830
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR PERMISSION TO LAY A WATER MAIN
UNDER INDIAN CREEK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Ed R. Neff , City Engineer for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make appli-
cation to the War Department of the United States for a
permit to lay a ten (EP ) inch water main across Indian
Creek at 41st Street ,in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and to make such application in the name of said City or
in his own name as representative of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September , A. D. ,
1928.
