RESOLUTION NO. 132
DISTRICT H-100 HIGHWAY IMPROVEEENT H-100
BE ITS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction oi the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter,
H-I00 North Hibiscus Drive, throughout its entire length;
South Hibiscus Drive, throughout its entire length;
Palm Midway, throughout its entire length; and
certain unnamed Streets adjacent to and Easterly and
Westerly of Tract "B" from South Hibiscus Drive
to North Hibiscus Drive: to be paved, and where here-
to-fore paved, repaved, to a width of eighteen feet,
with a bituminous wearing surface on a rock base;
as said Drives, Midway, and unnamed streets are
shown on a Plat recoided in Plat Book No. 8 at Page
No. 75, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the
cost of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts , etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-100, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H-100.
