DISTRICT SK-59 SIDEWALK IMPROVE-
MENT SK-59
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of September , 1928 , the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-59 , District SK-59
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimates of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer b •
with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach , Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami
Beach Police Station and Fire Station Number 2 , in the City of
Miami Beach , a notice stating that at a meeting of the City
Council of Miami Beach on the 26th day of September, 1928, at
10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the remonstran-
ces of all persons interested to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, A. D. ,
1928.
