RESOLUTION NO. 1860
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA;
That Ed R. Neff , as City Engineer for said City
be and he is hereby directed and authorized to make
application to the War Department of the United States
for a renewal of the permit to dump garbage in the
Atlantic Ocean and to make such application in the
name of said City or in his own name as a representa-
tive of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November , A. D. ,
1926.
