BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter
of said City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be
held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , December 5th, 1928, it would
hear any objections of persons interested in or affected by
the above designated improvements as to the acceptance there-
of, and no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December , A. D. , 1928.
