A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF SIDEWALK IMPROVE-
MENTS.

WHEREAS, Sidewalk Improvements SK-53 and SK-57,
Sidewalk Districts SK-53 and SK-57, have been completed
and acceptance of said improvements recommended by the
City Manager and City Engineer,
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe City y Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the CityClerk

cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 o' clock A. M. , December 19th, 1928, at the
City Hall, at which time andlace said City y Council will
hear any objections ofersons interested
