A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS.

SR-1151 SR-116, SR-117, SR-1151 SR-116, SR-117,
SR-118 & SR-118
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-109 , SR-110,
SR-1111 SR-1121 SR-113 , SR-114, SR-115 , SR-1161 SR-I17 and
SR-118, Sanitary Sewer Districts SR-1091 SR-110, SR-ill,
SR,e112, SR-113 , SR-114, SR-115 , SR-116, SR-I17 ftnd SR-1181
have been completed and acceptance of said improvements re-
commended by the City Manager and City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 o' clock A. M. , December 19th, 1928, at the
City Hall, at which time and place said City Council will
hear any objections of persons interested in or affected
by the said improvements as to the acceptance thereof by
the City Council.
