RESOLUTION NO. 1875
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF STORM SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT.
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT STORM SEWER DIS
SR-119 TRICT SR,-119
WHEREAS, Storm Sewer Improvement SR-119, Storm
Sewer District SR-119 , has been completed and accept-
ance of said improvement recommended by the City Mana-
ger and City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 o' clock A. M. , December 19th,
1928, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons in-
terested in or affected by the said Improvement as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December , A. D. ,
1928.
