A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT.

Fl WHEREAS, Highway Improvement H-99 , Highway

District H-991 has been completed and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by the City Mana-
ger and City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that
the City Clerk cause notice to be given in accord-
ance with the Charter of said City, that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10 o' clock A. M. ,
December 19th , 1928, at the City Hall, at which time
and place said City Council will hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the said im-
provement as to the acceptance thereof by the City
Council.
