RESOLUTION NO. 1878
WHEREAS, Robert C. Graham proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to construct
a boat landing and drive fender piles in Indian Creek
off Lots 4, 5 and South Half Lot 6, Block l-A, Beach
View Subdivision, Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon
drawings designated Sheet 1 of 3 , Sheet 2 of 3 and
Sheet 3 of 3 , marked:
"Sketch to accompany permit application to "Con-
struct a Boat Landing and Drive Fender Piles" in
Indian Creek off Lots 4, 5 and South Half Lot 6,
Block 1-A, Beach View Subdivision, Miami Beach,
Florida, for Robert C. Graham. G. M. Whittaker,
gent. November 26, 1928."
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Robert
C. Graham will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waives, and it does hereby
waive , all objections to the said proposed construction.
