A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN REMON-
STRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF
ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
WHITEWAY DISTRICTS WW-6, WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENTS
WW-7 , WW-8 and WW-9 WW-6, WW-7 , WW-8 and
WW-9
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have
been completed by the City Engineer and filed by
him with the City Clerk, on the above described
improvements in accordance with the provisions of
Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that
the City Clerk cause notice to be given in accord-
ance with said City Charter that a meeting of the
City Council will be held at 10:00 A. M. , January
2nd, 1929 , at which time all interested persons may
appear and file written objections to the confirma-
tion of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December,
