BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City , that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held. at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , December ,
19th, 1928 , it would hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the above designated im-
provements as to the acceptance thereof , and no objec-
tions having been presented, said improvements , as com-
pleted., be and the same are hereby accepted.
