BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Char-
ter of said City, that at a meeting of said City Council
to be held at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , December 19th , 1928,
it would hear any objections of persons interested in or
affected by the above designated improvements as to the
acceptance thereof, and no objections having been presented,
said improvements, as completed , be and the same are hereby
accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December , A. D. ,
1928.
