BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given , as required by the
Charter of said City , that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , December
19th, 1928, it would hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the above designated im-
provement as to the acceptance thereof, and no objec-
tions having been presented, said improvement , as com-
pleted, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December ,
