HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-99 HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-99
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Char-
ter of said City, that at a meeting of said City Council
to be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , December 19th, 1928,
it would hear any objections of persons interested in or
affected by the above designated improvement as to the ac-
ceptance thereof, and no objections having been presented,
said improvement , as completed, be and the same is hereby
accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, A. D. ,
1928.
