RESOLUTION NO. 1889
WHEREAS, Councilman Frank H. Henning has
faithfully performed the duties of a City Councilman
of the City of Miami Beach for a period of eight
years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVD by the City
Council of the said City of Miami Beach, Florida ,
that they hereby express to the said Councilman
.Frank H. Henning their thanks and appreciation on
behalf of themselves and the City at large for his
faithful services , punctual attendance at all meet-
ings and diligent work towards the welfare of this
City, and that they further express herewith their
regret at his retirement from their body.
