RESOLUTION NO. 189
DISTRICT H-101 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-101
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of December , 1928, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the irkprove-
, ment designated as Highway Inrorovement H-101 , DiFtrict H-101
and directed the City Engineer. to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
Cost' thereof , including an estimate of the incidental expen-
ses , and the said plans specifications and estimates of
cost and estimate or. incidentalexpenses have been filed by
the City Engineer with the City 0 er ,ri,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida , that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of .. he City in the City of idiami Beach,Miami
Beach Police Station and Fire Station No. 2 , in the City of
Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City
Council of Miami Beachron the 2nd day of January, 1929 , at
