DISTRICT W7-10 71HITEWAY IMPROVEMENT
WW-10
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of December , 1928 , the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as 7hiteway Improvement WW-10, District 771-1.0
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such imprvement and an estimate of the Cost
thereof , including an estimate of the incidental expenses , and
the said plans and specifications and estimates of cost and
estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,Miarni
Beach Police Station and Fire Station No. 2 , in the City of
Miami Beach, a notice stEting that at a meeting of the City
Council of Miami Beach on the 2nd day of January , 1929 , at
10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the remon-
strances of all persons interested to the confirmation of
said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Decal-Aber , A. D. ,
1928.
