RESOLUTION NO . 1899
DISTRICT H-101 HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-101
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution
passed and adopted on the 19th day of December ,
1_928 , ordered the Highway Improvement H-101 ,
District H-101 , and the City Engineer , under di-
rection of the City Council ,has prepared and
filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and
WHEREAS, due notice by publication as re-
quired by the City (Dhrter has been made that the
City Council would on the 2nd day of January , 1929 ,
at the City Hall in said City , at 10: 00 o' clock A.
M. , -receive 1-1.d hear the remonstrances of all in-
terested persons to the confirmation of said reso-
lut ion ordering said improvement , and no remon-
strances having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said
resolution of said City Council ordering said High-
way Improvement H-101 , District H-101, be and the
same is hereby confirmed , and the City Council here-
by declares its intention of proceeding with City
Forces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January,
