RESOLUTION NO. 1907
DISTRICT BH-5 BULKHEAD IMPROVE-
MENT BH-5
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution
passed and adopted on the 2nd day of January,
1929 , ordered the Bulkhead Improvement BH-5,
District BH-5, and the City Engineer , under di-
rection of the City Council , has prepared and
filed with the City Clerk Plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof , including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment , and
WHEREAS, due notice by publication as re-
quired by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 15th day of January , 1929 ,
at the City Hall in said City, at 10: 00 o' clock A.
M. , receive and hear the remonstrances of all in-
terested persons to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering: said improvement , and no remon-
strances having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid ,
THERLFORE, BE IT RESOLVLD by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said
resolution of said City Council ordering said Bulk-
head Improvement BH-5, District BH- , be and the
same is hereby confirmed , and the City Council here-
by declares its intention of proceeding with City
Forces.
