RESOLUTION NO. 1909
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 1662, ordering the construc-
tion of Bulkhead Improvement BH-4, passed and adopted
the 5th day of October, 1927, and
Resolution No. 1666, confirming the resolution
ordering the construction of Bulkhead Improvement BH-4,
passed and adopted the 19th day of October, 1927,
Be and the same are hereby rescinded.
