RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR, WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THI, CONFI A
TION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SIDEWALK DISTRICTS SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
SK-58 & SK-59 SK-58 & SK-59
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filedby him with
the City Clerk , on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Section 29 , of
the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10:00 A. M. , February 20th, 1929 , at which
time all interested persons may appear and file written
objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February A. D. ,
1929.
