Resolution 1913 RESOLUTION NO. 1913
WHEREAS, Wendel Andreas proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to construct
a boat slip and drive fender piles in Biscayne Bay off
Lot 13 , Block 1, Palm Island, Miami Beach , Florida, as
shown upon drawings designated Sheet 1 of 31 Sheet 2 of
3 and Sheet 3 of 3 , marked:
"Sketch to accompany permit application to
construct a boat slip and drive fender piles
in Biscayne Bay off Lot 13 , Block 1, Palm
Island, Miami Beach , Florida. Mr. Wendel
Andreas, Owner. G. M. Whittaker , Agent.
January 24+, 1929"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council, and
S the work contemplated by the said Wendel
WHEREAS,
Andreas will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that
the said City Council waives, and it does hereby waive,
all objections to the said proposed construction.
