AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1891 OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, THE SAME BEING THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, DELETING
LOTS 44 AND 45 , AMENDED PLAT OF INDIAN BEACH
CORPORATION SUBDIVISION FROM THE RS I SINGLE
FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT AND INCLUDING SUCH
PROPERTY IN THE RS II SINGLE FAMILY ZONING
DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT OF THE
AFFECTED ZONING MAP; REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.
That the following parcel of land:
Lots 44 and 45 , Amended Plat of Indian Beach
Corporation Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 8 at Page 61 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby excluded from the RS I Single Family
Zoning District and included in the RS II Single Family Zoning
District.
SECTION 2.
That the official zoning map of the City of Miami
Beach be amended to reflect the change referred to in Section 1.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4 . If any section, part of section, paragraph,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid,
the remaining provisions of this ordinance shall not be affect-
ed.

SECTION 5. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect 10 days after its adoption, on
August 5_ - , 1984.
