BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , February
20th, 1929 , it would hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the above designated im-
provement as to the acceptance thereof, and no objec-
tions having been presented, said improvement , as com-
pleted, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February,
