RESOLUTION NO. 1919
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE CONFIRMA-
TION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT HIGHWAY DISTRICT
H-100 H-100
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk , on the above described improvement
in accordance with the provisions of Section 29 , of
the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said '
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10:00 A. M. , March 6th , 1929 , at which time
all interested persons may appear and file written ob-
jections to the confirmation of said roll.
