RESOLUTION NO. 1924
DISTRICT SR-120 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-120
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be mede; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sebtion 29 of the City Chaxter:
SR-I20 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the East Curb of Sheridan Avenue
from a point at or near the North Curb of West
Forty-Second Street to a point at or near the
South Curb of West Forty-Second Street.
At or near the South Curb of West Forty-Second
Street from a point at or near the East Curb
of Sheridan Avenue to a point at or near the
East Curb of Pine Tree Drive.
At or near the East Curb of Pine Tree Drive
from a point on a line at or near the South
Curb of West Forty-Second Street produced
masterly to the North Line of West Forty-
First Street;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from each of such main sewers tb
the line of approximately each fifty feet of
adjacent property; as a. part of the main improve-
ment
As said Streets, Avenue , and Drive are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 25, Page 30; and
in Plat Book No. 6, Page 101 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, size and character of said improvement he
subseauently determined in conformity with one of
such descriptions
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifi-
,
cations and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
,
, ceedings, the preparation of bones' , interest during construction, legal
services , abstracts , etc . , and many other expenses necessary and proper
, in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
„.„ This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-120, and the property

against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
