SANITARY SEWER SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-120 DISTRICT SR-120
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 1929, the
City Council pas sed and adopted a resolution order-
ing the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-120, Sanitary Seer District SR-120,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file
plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the Cost thereof, including an estimate
of the incidental expenses , and the said plans and
specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of
incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engi-
neer with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach , Florida, that the City Clerk shall
cause notice to be posted at the door of the City
Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police
Station and Fire Station No. 2 , in the Cityof Miami
Beach,
stating that at a meeting of the City Council
Of Miami Beach on the 20th day of March, 1929, at
10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the
remonstrances of all persons interested to the con-
firmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, A. D.
1929.
