A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF A HIGHWAY IM-
PROVEMENT.

DENT H-101 H-101
WHEREAS, Highway Improvement H-101, District
H-101 has been completed and acceptance of said im-
provement recommended by the City Manager and City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that
the City Clerk cause notice to be given in accord-
ance with the Charter of said City, that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10 o' clock A. M. ,
March 20th, 1929, at the City Hall, at which time
and place said City Council will hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the said im-
provement as to the acaeptance thereof by the City
Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, A. D.
1929.
