DISTRICT SR-120 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-120
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution
passed and adopted on the 6th day of March,
1929 , ordered the Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-120, District SR-120, and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council , has pre-
pared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof , including an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and
WHEREAS, due notice by publication as re-
quired by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 20th day of March , 1929,
at the City Hall in said City, at 10:00 o' clock A.
M. , receive and hear the remonstrances of all in-
terested persons to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement , and no remon-
strances having been presented at the time and place
aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said
resolution of said City Council ordering said Sani-
tary Sewer Improvement SR-120, District SR-120, be
and the same is hereby confirmed, and the City Coun-
cil hereby declares its intention of proceeding with
City Forces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March,
