BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , March 20th,
1929 , it would hear any objections of persons interes-
ted in or affected by the above designated improvement
as to the acceptance thereof, and no objections having
been presented, said improvement , as completed, be and
II the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, A. D.
