A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ON THE DEATH OF WALTER A. KOHLHEPP.
WHEREAS, in His infinite wisdom the Supreme
Architect of the universe has seen fit to call the
_, aster builder , Walter A. Kohlhepp, to that house
not made with hands, eternal in the heavens , and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kohlhepp has been one of the
foremost developers and constructive builders of
our City , and •has , by his himh civic ideals and
tireless energy left the imprint of his personal-
ity upon this entire community , and
WHEREAS, we believe that every individual in
this community feels that in this death he has lost
a sincere friend and that South Florida has lost a
most valued citizen.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City
. Council of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that
we hereby express our sincere sympathy to the fami-
ly of the late Walter A. Kohlhepp , and •
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution
be spread upon a special page of our Minute Record,
and that a copy thereof be sent to the family of
said deceased.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day •of March,
