AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
1605, SO AS TO AMEND THE RATE OF
COMPENSATION FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF
CITY MANAGER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the portion of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1605 which reads as
follows:
Bi -Weekly Compensation
Maximum
City Manager $2,059.39
be and the same is hereby amended so as to read:
Bi -Weekly Compensation
Maximum
City Manager $1,724.14
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall go into effect on April 19, 1982.
