RESOLUTION NO. 1937
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE CONFIRMA-
TION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.
BULKHEAD DISTRICT BH-5 BULKHEAD IMPROVE-
MENT BH-5
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described i-nprovement
in accordance with the provisions of Section 29 , of
the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10:00 A. M. , April 17th, 1929 , at which
time all interested persons may appear and file writ-
ten remonstrances to the confirmation of said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April , A. D.
1929.
