DISTRICT SR-122 SANITARY SEVER
IMPROVEMENT -• SR-122
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-122 The laying underground of an S" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of 36th Street from a
point one hundred and twenty feet West of the
West Line of said Collins Avenue to a point
two hundred and twenty feet West of the West
Line of said Collins Avenue;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6"
Concrete Sewer Lateral to the Street Line of
Lot 16, Block 24, as a part of the main im-
provement;
As said Street, Avenue, Lot, and Block are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5
at Pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Street
is named and designated. in Ordinance No.232.
And it is hereby directed that the material ,
nature, size and character of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifi-
cations and Estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and many other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimatedamount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-122, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-122.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April A. D. , 1929.
