Resolution 1941 RESOLUTION NO . 19+1
WHEREAS, H. L. Wadsworth proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to
a boat landing in Indian Creek off Lot 31 Block ,
Beach View Subdivision, Miami Beach, Florida, as shown
k.0
upon drawing marked:
"Proposed Boat Landing in Indian Creek at
Miami Beach, Fla. Application by H. L.
Wadsworth. 3-2-29."
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said H. L.
Wadsworth will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Coundil has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waives, and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April , A. D.
1929.
