RESOLUTION NO. 1942
WHEREAS, Marsh Holding Corporation proposes to
make application to the War Department for permission
to construct a boat landing in Indian Creek off Lot
14, Block 1-A, Beach View Subdivision, Miami Beach,
Florida, as shown upon drawing marked:
"Proposed Boat Landing in Indian Creek
at Miami Beach, Fla. Application by -
Marsh Holding Corp. By R. L. Kilby, Sec.-
Treas. 3-2-29."
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Marsh
Holding Corporation will not interfere with any plans
for work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waives, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April , A. D.
1929.
