RESOLUTION NO. 194+3
WHEREAS, Tropical Homes, Inc. proposes to make
application to the War Department for permission to
construct a boat landing in Indian Creek off Lot 9,
Block 2, Beach View Addition, Miami Beach , Florida,
as shown upon drawing marked:

"Proposed Boat Landing in Indian Creek
at Miami Beach , Fla. Application by
Tropical Homes Inc. By R. L. Kilby,
Pres. 3-2-29.11
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said
Tropical Homes, Inc. will not interfere with any
plans for work which the said City Council has in
view,

NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting
assembled, that the said City Council waives, and
it does hereby waive , all objections to the said
proposed construction.
