RESOLUTION NO. 1944
•
WHEREAS, E. W. Cox proposes to make application
to the War Department for permission to construct a
dock on Biscayne Bay off Lot 3 , Block 2 , Rivo Alto
Island, Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon drawing
marked:
"Proposed Dock on Biscayne Bay at Rivo
Alto Island, Miami Beach , Fla. Appli-
cation by E. W. Cox. March 21 , 1929."
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said E. W.
Cox will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has inview,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach , Florida, in legal meeting assem-
- bled, that the said City Council waives, and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, A. D.
1929.
