RESOLUTION NO. 19+5
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, a certain deed dated March 14th, 1928 ,
from Ourland Corporation to Wilfred Real Estate Com-
pany, both corporations existing under the laws of
the State of Florida, conveying the following described
real estate:
Lot Two (2) of Block Eleven (11) , Ocean Beach
Addition Number 1 , as per plat thereof as re-
corded in Plat Book 3 , Page 11, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
contained the phrase "excepting the East Fifteen Feet
(15 ft. ) thereof deeded to the said City of Miami Beach,
Florida, for street widening purposes" , and
WHEREAS, the said. East Fifteen Feet (15 ft. ) of said
premises was never deeded to the said City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and said City has no interest in and to said land,
and
WHEREAS, the said exception might be considered a
cloud upon the title to the said premises which it is de-
sired should be removed by a Quit-Claim Deed from said
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and direc-
ted to execute to the Wilfred Real Estate Company a Quit-
Claim Deed to the above described premises.

1929.
