RESOLUTION NO. 1947
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MAKE AN AMENDED APPLI-
CATION TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE
UNITED STATES FOR PERMISSION TO CON-
STRUCT A BRIDGE OVER INDIAN CREEK.
1 WHEREAS , advice has been received from the War
fi Department of the United States by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that permission
to construct a bridge over Indian Creek at 41st Street
in the said City of Miami Beach is being delayed on
account of the proposal to construct said bridge with-
out a draw span.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Ed R.
Neff , City Engineer for said' City, be and he is hereby
directed and authorized to make an amended application
+ to the War Department of the United States for a per-
mit to construct a concrete girder bridge with a cen-
ter draw span over Indian Creek at 41st Street in the
said City, and to make such amended application in the
name of said City or in his own name as representative
of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April , A. D.
1929.
